Tender packs you can’t read in time. Clauses you can’t miss.

Most contractors we work with have the same three problems — and headcount has stopped being a viable answer.

01

800-page tender packs, 96-hour windows

Tender packs land Friday afternoon, response due Tuesday. Estimators skim, planners triage, and the clauses that actually shift risk allocation get missed.

02

NEC / FIDIC clauses that change the deal

Compensation events, programme float, force-majeure carve-outs — subtle clauses inside 200-page standard forms quietly reallocate millions of pounds of risk.

03

Site data trapped in PDFs and photos

Daily reports, RAMS, near-miss forms, weekly progress photos — real, useful, structured-able, and stuck inside an attachments folder no one queries.

AI your project director can sign off on.

We build AI systems that pass partner-down review and a Tier 1 governance gate — not AI demos that look good in a pursuit slide.

What our engagements typically deliver.

bid-coverage capacity for the same team
70% faster clause review on tender packs
6–10 weeks kick-off to production

Tell us about your live tender or claim.

A 30-minute call. We will look at an actual tender pack (under NDA) or an active claim — and tell you which AI use case to ship first, and which to defer until after the dispute closes.

  • NDA in place before the call — tender packs welcome.
  • We will say if a use case crosses your ISO 19650 / governance boundary.
  • You leave with a one-page scoped roadmap, even if you do not engage.

Common questions before we talk.

Do you replace our estimators or planners?

No. We make them 4× faster on tender intake and clause review, with cited sources they can defend in a partner-down review. Decisions stay with your team.

Can you sit alongside Asite / Aconex / BIM 360 / Procore / P6?

Yes. We sit beside your CDE, not in place of it — pulling tender packs, RAMS, daily reports, and programme deltas through to the model, and pushing structured outputs back. We have wired into Asite, Aconex, BIM 360, Procore and Primavera P6.

On-prem or cloud? UK or EU data residency?

Both. We deploy on OVHcloud or Scaleway for EU-resident sovereign cloud, on AWS eu-west-2 for UK projects, or on your own VPC. For MoD-adjacent or critical-national-infrastructure work we deploy on-prem under your perimeter.

How do you scope and engage?

Every engagement is scoped after a 30-minute discovery call and a walk-through of an active or upcoming tender. We send a written, fixed-scope proposal — with timeline, deliverables, and a transparent quote — within 5 working days.

Win more bids. Defend more claims.

Book a 30-minute call. We will scope a use case that delivers in 6 to 10 weeks — with the clause-level audit trail your project director and your QS will actually rely on.
